Electricity (battery):

Wires connect all components of an electrical circuit to each other and transmit electrical current.

 

Electrical device (lamp, bell):

Receives electricity coming from the electrical source; It is called the receiver.

 

Switch:

The function of the switch is that it enables us to open or close the circuit, that is, to control the lighting and switching off of the lamp.

 

Types of an electrical circuit:

There are two types of electrical circuits that are classified according to the method of delivery of light bulbs, and they are as follows:

 

1- An electrical circuit connected in series:

In this electrical circuit, the light bulbs are connected to each other in the form of one line, that is, one lamp after the other, so the more lamps in this type of electrical circuit, the light intensity does not decrease, and if one of the lamps is damaged, this leads to turning off the other lamps.

 

2- Parallel Circuit:

The electrical circuits in this type of circuit are connected in parallel, where each lamp is connected directly with the poles of the electrical source (the battery), and in this type of electrical circuits the light intensity does not decrease if we increase the number of lamps, and also if one of the lamps is damaged, this does not lead to a blackout. Other lamps.

 

Electrical signals

Signals are a fundamental pillar of circuit theory and are classified into two main categories: continuous signals in which the signal's value is constant with time, and signals that change with time. The most commonly used signals of the second category are the step follower, pulse, and periodic signals, in particular the alternating signals.
